As an artist who feels the colors and forms through the meditative state of creation, Zappalo Michele opens his spiritual essence on the canvas as he textures images with smooth contours. Blending hues with a sensual awareness of personal balance, Zappalo pulls shades from the spectrum that reflect his inner chakras. For Zappalo, his inspiration comes from the interpersonal connections that reaches into his soul and transforms experience into abstract designs.

Zappalo is a native of Italy who began his artistic studies at Academia De Bella Arte in Naples and is currently attending the New World School Of The Arts. After 10 years of crafting, Zappalo finds inspiration in the works of Giorgio De Chirico, Michelangelo Buonarroti, Salavdor Dali, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Johann Sebastian Bach and Richard Wagner. Since moving to Miami 5 years ago, Zappalo has been featured at numerous local showcases, including Power Studios, The Consulate of Colombia, The South Miami Art Show and Cafe
